Today is National I ♥️ My 👣 Day. Here are some helpful tips to take care of your feet: 10 Ways to Keep Feet Healthy
1.      Inspect your feet regularly.
2.      Maintain good foot hygiene
3.      Hydrate the skin.
4.      Buy proper-size shoes.
5.      Don't ignore foot pain. Schedule an appt to see your doctor or podiatrist.
6.      Cut toenails straight across. Never cut into the corners. Will cause an ingrown toenail.
7.      Walking is a great way to keep weight under control and is an excellent conditioner for the feet. Be sure to wear proper athletic footwear when exercising.
8.      Alternate your shoes each day.
9.      Avoid walking barefoot to help protect your feet from injury and infection. 
10.   Put sunblock on your feet while wearing sandals during the day to avoid sunburn.
