The job will consist of prepping job sites (gas stations) for testing, this can include setting up testing and safety equipment, removal of manhole lids to get access to the underground storage tank. Technicians will be using an iPad/laptop to connect to the pump stations for interpreting basic codes and learning how to diagnose issues. Technicians will be working outdoors, working at commercial gas stations, working under gas station coverings. May need to lift up to 50lbs when needed as well. Typical day will consist of a common meeting area for the techs and foreman then go on the road together - usually working with a crew of 2 individuals but could be up to 4, but usually just a foreman and a technician.

Description:
Electricians will be working independently or with a small crew at a new construction job site or existing building structures located within 60 miles of the Valley and into Jersey. Electricians will be responsible for all phases of the construction from rough-in to finished work. Responsible for trench work, bending conduit, running, and pulling wires, installation, fixtures, panels, etc. while demonstrating safe work habits. SAFETY is #1 - at least an OSHA10 is perferred.
Hours:
· Monday – Friday, working 40-50 hours a week + OT available
· This could involve traveling to various job sites in the Valley
Pay:
· $15-$35 an hour – based on experience (Apprentice – Master)
· Anything over 40 hours will be 1.5x
· Weekly pay every Friday!
Must Haves:
· 1 year of commercial OR 3+ years of residential/industrial experience
· Own tools, PPE (can be provided) and safety boots
· Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
· Blueprint reading, bend conduit, pull wire, and preform installation

This will be new home construction. All the paining will be newly installed drywall. Painters may have to sand or spackle to smooth out surfaces. All paint will be applied via brush or roller, mainly being brush. Must be able to complete tasks on their own after given direction. This is a painting role but candidates may have to be willing to give a head where needed when necessary. Candidates must be reliable and willing to work.
Must have residential painting, sanding/spackling, and brush experience.
Pay is based off experience $18-$25/hr - finished carpentry experience will help candidates get more money.
Hours - 8:00am - 4:30pm (Everyone is expected to be at the shop by 7:45am. Manpower and project meeting starts at 8:00am and you're on the road by 8:30am. You clock in as soon as you get to the shop. Commute from the shop could be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour depending on the project site). Right now working 50+ hours a week.
Pay range $15-$25/hr.
Entry level/no restoration industry experience is $15/hr.
Crew Chief - $18-$22/hr
Operations Manager (5 years of experience) - $22-$25/hr
Local restoration company looking for candidates in the area to help with job site clean-up and restoration - anything from water damagae, wind, and fire. Candidates must have at least 6 months experience working in the construction field. Contractors with restoration experience are highly preferred for this position.
They will be working with a crew of 2 to 3 individuals to help demo properties that have been damaged by water, fire, or wind. The majority of these projects are in residential communities and some are larger commercial projects. Daily job duties consist of cutting walls, carrying equipment in and out of project site, dry wall finishing, water mitigation, etc.
Attire - Jeans, Steel Toes, High-viz Shirt, Hard Hat, Gloves, and Eye protection. On occasion, you will be required to wear a full hazmat suit and respirator depending on the scope of the project
Multiple openings on 1st and 2nd shift!!
1st shift - 6am-4:30pm - M-Thurs.
2nd shift - 4:30pm-3:00am - M-Thurs.
1st $17.00/hr
2nd $18.90/hr
Candidates will be part of the Assembly team and need to be comfortable cross training in all functions.
As an Assembly Technician, you will perform a variety of repetitive processes using varied machines and/or hand tools to complete the assembly and /or sub-assembly of component parts.
Their primary job will vary by department:
Cooler Pressing department- Brief description- working in the Assembly Cell to put together sub assemblies, add Caps -ensure they are aligned and then run through press machine. Responsible for quality check and then packing finished Coolers into shipping containers. After the press the units are tested using air pressure. Will be removing plates after assembled, pinned and press tubes goes through oven zone,
Bundle Department -Candidates will be working according to work orders set up the baffles into fixture.
Use the calipers to measure distance between end baffles to copper tube ends. Using Glue Gun according to work order .Next the “Cores” are inserted into the Casting and prepared for the pinning and pressing process.
