Tried the native bare, coconut shampoo, and conditioner and I really like it. It’s hard to impress me but I have to say I enjoyed both. The shampoo cleanse without drying my hair and even it soft and the conditioner felt creamy and hydrating which is important for my dry curly hair. My favorite part was the coconut scent .

Since I haven’t received a response to my previous email, I’m reaching out here. I’d like to know what’s going on with the treats. The pieces used to be a great size, but now I’m just getting strings and hard, bulky lumps that are almost impossible to break apart. Very disappointed in the change, quality and even more in the lack of customer service follow-up.
