Do you have a passion for discipleship, family ministry, and helping the next generation encounter Jesus?

We are seeking a full-time Associate Pastor to join our pastoral team and help provide leadership, vision, pastoral care, and ministry development with a strong emphasis on children and families.

This role includes:
✨ Leading and strengthening children’s discipleship
✨ Building and developing healthy volunteer teams
✨ Equipping parents as spiritual leaders in the home
✨ Creating safe, engaging, Spirit-empowered ministry environments
✨ Supporting the overall pastoral ministry and mission of the church

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Passionate about Jesus, discipleship, and the local church
✔️ Called to pastoral ministry
✔️ A strong leader, communicator, and team builder
✔️ Aligned with Assemblies of God doctrine and values
✔️ Excited to invest in children, families, and church health
