Human Resource/Payroll Specialist

LEi, a Civil Contractor in Rapid City, is looking for a full-time HR/Payroll Specialist. Wage is DOE.

A professional position dedicated to providing assistance to departments and employees in the review and processing of personnel, including recruitment, benefits, compensation, hiring, and termination. Excellent communication and people skills, good listener and communicator, and excellent computer skills. Experience in areas of benefits, compensation, employment/personnel records management, DOT compliance, and worker compensation. Ability to enter, update and process payroll on a weekly basis. Three years’ HR/Payroll experience. SHRM-CP preferred.

LEi is very busy with multiple projects on EAFB in preparation for the arrival of the B21. Some of the projects include the B21 Flight Simulator Facility, B21 Wash Rack & Maintenance Hangar, B21 Field Training Facility, B21 Formal Training Unit, B21 Radio Frequency Hangar and the newly awarded B21 Weapons Generation Facility.
