Dear Valued Customer,
At Masters Custom Design we remain committed to delivering the highest quality products and service to our customers. Over the past several months, we have made every effort to absorb the increasing costs resulting from newly imposed tariffs, in order to minimize the impact on you.
However, despite our best efforts, the ongoing economic conditions have made it necessary for us to implement a 5% surcharge on all orders, effective Aug 1st, 2025. This surcharge is a direct result of the tariffs and is essential to help us maintain our service standards and product availability.
We truly value your partnership and understanding during this time. Please know that this is a temporary measure, and we are committed to removing the surcharge as soon as the market conditions allow.
