With the holidays here, there’s no better time to celebrate the Gift of Sight – one of LifeSight’s outreach programs providing sight saving surgery that restores vision, independence, and livelihood for those we serve. For someone with poor vision, common daily tasks – like driving, work assignments, or navigating a store while shopping – become daunting or even dangerous. A routine eye exam and prescription glasses can change everything. But because of a lack of resources, there are many medically underserved adults in our community without access to eye care.
