The Elder Angel Tree is open for business again this year and our goal is 10,000 gifts! We are seeing a sharp increase in food and housing insecurity for the elderly in our area due to budget cuts. BUT, can we agree on this one thing? We are absolutely not cutting Christmas.

This is something you can do today with your family, your friends, your office or all on your own - and your gift will be gratefully received by an at risk senior before December 25th.

Don't want to shop? No problem-o! We have included our Venmo information. Maybe feel like shopping, but it's cold and peoply outside? We have you covered! Click on our curated Amazon shopping list and order from your cave.

Please help if you can and we give you our prayers of undying gratitude in advance. We have been on past gift deliveries and watched people weep with happiness to receive a Christmas gift and share that this is the only Christmas gift they will receive. Everyone deserves to open a Christmas present and that's probably a law somewhere or it should be.

Gifts can be dropped off at several locations listed, but if you want to visit the OG tree (and maybe let us thank you in person), please drop at Black Hills Advocate, 318 Mt. Rushmore Rd.
