Gabe is originally from Baltimore, Maryland. After living in both Colorado and Washington DC, Gabe has lived in Raleigh for over 10 years. Gabe currently lives in downtown Raleigh with his wife, son, and black lab, Roux

John has been investing in and managing real estate since 2006, bringing in deep knowledge of property operations, construction, and market cycles – including both downturns and the post – 2020 growth era. Having owned and operated service-based businesses ranging from restaurants to a real estate, he offers a practical, results – driven approach focused on strong relationships win-win outcomes.

John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community and Regional Planning with a concentration in Business Administration from Appalachian State University. He is a veteran of the US Coast Guard and lives in Wake Forest with his wife and three children.
