The IRS officially began processing tax returns on today. In previous years, two weeks was the typical time frame in which you would be likely to receive a refund. This year, the IRS has publicized that tax refunds containing certain credits such as Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) would not be issued until mid-February and could post to your bank account beginning the week of February 27.
