June Jumpstart ๐
The starting line is where youโre standing.โ
This month is an invitation to begin where you are not where you think you โshouldโ be. To move at your own pace, trust your path, and remember that you already have what you need. Thereโs no perfect entry point, only presence, curiosity, and the power of showing up for yourself in this moment.
Progress over perfection. Begin anyway.
Hereโs whatโs unfolding this June:
๐ Rest, Reiki & Readings (Members Only) - June 5th
A restorative experience combining gentle yoga, Reiki, sound rest, tea, and Tarot for deep relaxation and community connection.
๐ Fat Positive Flow - June 6th
A joyful, affirming yoga flow designed to support larger bodies through accessible movement, self-acceptance, and embodied confidence.
๐ Ballet for Beginners Part 2 - June 7th

๐ Sensory Friendly Slow Flow - June 20th at 11:30am
A sensory-friendly class designed for nervous system regulation, grounding, and comfort, with clear cues, intentional music, and a slow, supportive pace that allows you to move, breathe, and rest without pressure to mask or perform.
๐ Thai-Style Papaya Salad Workshop - June 20th
A hands-on cooking class exploring bold summer flavors as you learn to prepare papaya salad, grilled chicken, and NC shrimp from scratch.
๐ Pride Flow in Moore Square - June 21st
An all-levels outdoor yoga class celebrating Pride Month in community, with proceeds supporting the LGBT Center of Raleigh.
๐ Infused Sound Bath - June 26th
An immersive evening of sound healing paired with optional infused beverages for deep relaxation, grounding, and nervous system support.
