Congrats to Maya for teaching her first solo class this morning! We are so lucky to get to learn and move with you. ๐Ÿ’›

Calling all early birds! ๐Ÿฆ Maya is teaching Mondays and Thursdays at 7am, as well as Mondays at 12pm. She will also be adding Tuesdays at 7am once Amanda goes out on parental leave.

She has a couple spots open for personal training, but hurry because those are filling up!

A hands-on cooking class exploring bold summer flavors as you learn to prepare papaya salad, grilled chicken, and NC shrimp from scratch.

An all-levels outdoor yoga class celebrating Pride Month in community, with proceeds supporting the LGBT Center of Raleigh.
