Solana (Durham, NC) is a multi-phase Pulte Homes community spanning about 180 acres. Program scope includes ~31,000 LF of sewer, ~32,000 LF of storm drain, and ~33,000 LF of waterline, more than 18 miles of underground pipe in total, plus two off-site road-widening improvements.

Careful sequencing across phases keeps crews productive and maintains continuity for the overall program.

In Garner, NC, Cardinal Civil supported a 67-lot townhome subdivision with ~3,000 LF of waterline, ~2,000 LF of sanitary sewer, and 5,000+ LF of curb & gutter. Our affiliate, Aviator Paving, LLC, also completed a related widening project on Wilmington Road.

The result is a coordinated set of improvements that enables the neighborhood to come online efficiently.

At Bella Vista (Denver, NC), we completed a four-phase program delivering 10,900 LF of sanitary sewer, 19,500 LF of storm drain, 11,500 LF of waterline, and 29,500 sq yd of asphalt; infrastructure serving 193 single-family homes across 87 acres.

The scope also included amenities such as a mail kiosk and an asphalt walking trail, providing a prepared site for long-term community use.
