Protect yourself during extreme heat!
Hot weather poses serious health risks, especially for individuals with disabilities, older adults, and people living without adequate access to air conditioning or cooling resources. Hot temperatures can be especially dangerous for those who may have trouble staying cool due to temperature dysregulation or because of increased heat sensitivity due to medication.
