If you haven’t heard their story, 321 Coffee is more than just your go-to latte spot. Based right here in Raleigh, they’re a coffee shop and roaster built on inclusion. They proudly employ over 50 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and they’re the ones roasting the beans, taking your order, and crafting your lattes every day.
The name “321 Coffee” represents Down syndrome, which occurs when someone has three copies of the 21st chromosome. Even their branding is intentionally inspired by DNA and chromosome mapping a beautiful reminder that what makes us different is what makes us special. We love supporting businesses that lead with purpose, heart, and community. 🤍 Come see us this morning we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
