Tonight is opening night for Jordan Monadjemi, our lead actor in OH CRAPPY DAY! He’ll be starring in “Witch,” a play by Jen Silverman, at Raleigh Little Theatre.

Jordan, seen here in rehearsal, plays a charismatic devil who tempts the residents of a seventeenth-century town. According to the program notes, the comedy-drama provides “a glimpse into witch hysteria from the perspective of a misunderstood woman.”

The show starts at 8 PM, and subsequent performances run through November 9. For ticket information, click on the link in the comments.

We’re so proud of Ned Phillips, our Director of Photography on OH CRAPPY DAY. Last night, in the Durham Arts Council Building, he screened a rough cut of a documentary feature called “The Last Partera.”

Filmed in Costa Rica, “The Last Partera” tells the story of a traditional midwife in her late 90s. Ned serves as co-director, cinematographer, and editor on the film.

Like everyone else in the audience, we were impressed by the rough cut. We can’t wait to see the final edit!

As you may remember, we won Best Comedy Short at the very first festival. We’re honored to help Longleaf celebrate this milestone!

The panel discussion starts at 2 PM in the Demonstration Gallery of the North Carolina Museum of History, 5 East Edenton Street in Raleigh. Chris Everett will host the event, which is free to the public.

Jaime appears in the latest episode of the comedy-drama, which features Preston as the title character — an attorney with a knack for solving murders.

Next week, Jaime will appear in another episode. Check it out on Thursday, May 2!

Do you recognize the bride and groom dancing at their wedding? They are Jess Barbour and Ryan Ladue, who play “Katie” and “Brandon” in our romantic comedy feature, OH CRAPPY DAY.

They tied the knot this weekend in Willow Spring, North Carolina, and we were honored to be there, helping them celebrate their real-life romance!
