This lower level started with a fully demo’d tile floor—uneven, rough, and not ready for what’s next. Our team stepped in and installed a self-leveling concrete overlay to create a smooth, consistent surface across the entire space.

Now we’ve got a solid, flat substrate that’s ready for the next phase of construction—whether that’s flooring, framing, or finishing work.

Proper prep is everything. If the base isn’t right, nothing on top of it will be.
