Integrated Design, PA

Integrated Design is excited to welcome two new members to our team: Christian Smith, Laboratory Planner, and Kayla Lowndes, Summer Architectural Intern.

As a Laboratory Planner, Christian will be supporting the design and coordination of our science and technology projects.

Kayla joins us for the summer from UNC Charlotte, where she is pursuing a B.A. in Architecture with minors in History and Dance, and served as the director of Freedom by Design, a charity build organization part of the American Institute of Architecture Students.

A few highlights from our recent firm visit to King Street Properties’ Pathway Triangle campus in Morrisville, North Carolina, where several exciting projects are currently under construction.

The campus amenities building, The Junction, is taking shape and will feature a café, fitness center, conference room, golf simulator, and an outdoor amenity space thoughtfully designed by our friends at Surface 678, including fire pits, a yoga lawn, and putting green.

Integrated Design is also proud to be working with Liquidia Corporation on the fit-out of its pharmaceutical manufacturing suite at the campus, supporting the company’s mission to provide therapies for cardiopulmonary diseases.

A special shout out to the construction teams helping bring these projects to life: Barringer Construction on The Junction amenities building and Evans General Contractors on the Liquidia suite. Thank you to the project teams for their continued dedication and hard work as these projects move toward completion!
