The SailPack Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing and sustaining a competitive intercollegiate sailing program and sailing club at NC State; fostering engagement with the sport of sailing amongst NCSU students and throughout North Carolina, teaching the technical skills and safety considerations necessary to become sailors; and procuring, managing and maintaining safe & contemporary equipment, assets, & facilities necessary to achieve these goals.

Ready to get out on the water? Current NC State undergraduate and graduate students can join us for our free sailing clinic on April 19th. No experience needed!!

Where: Lake Crabtree County Park (meet in the parking lot north of the Lake Crabtree Boat Ramp)

Time: 1–4 PM
What to bring: water bottle, sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses

What to expect: hands-on coaching from our race team, guidance for all skill levels, and a fun afternoon out on the water in the sunshine.

Whether you’ve never stepped on a boat or just want to get more time sailing, this is the perfect chance to get involved!
