Tae Kwon Do improves flexibility, physical fitness, stamina, and muscle tone. KickBoxing is rated by Muscle and Fitness magazine as the number one fat burner. We also offer Jujitsu classes for all levels. Lee Brothers Side Kick Foundation, an IRS approved not-for-profit organization, works closely with many charity organizations, conducts Women’s Self Defense Awareness Seminars, grants college academic scholarships and teacher grants to local hard working school teachers.
