An honor and fun to have a AAU national kata team train in our dojo under 4 national coaches this weekend. They will all be present for our team training on Saturday, 10-11:30. Come on down!
Countdown is on. AAU Karate National Championships will take place June 30 thru July 4. To prepare TBK Team will train 3 times a week, Tu and Th in regular classes, and Saturdays June 6, 13, 20, and 27, 10 AM - 11:30 AM. Satuday practices are open to any AAU Athlete who wants to tune up kobudo, kata, or kumite. Our "Road the the '26 nationals' is an AAU licensed event. No fee, open to AAU members ages 6 and up. Just show up ready to show your best.
