I’ve been quieter on here lately, but not because I’ve been still.

Over the past few months, I’ve taken a step back to get clear on how to best support the people I serve—leaders, business owners, and high-achievers trying to keep it all running… without running themselves into the ground.

I’ve rebuilt some things behind the scenes—simplified my business, realigned my services, and found a way to blend what I do and how I live.

You’ll start seeing a mix of content from me moving forward.

Some of it will be strategy (especially around revenue, leadership, and optimization).

Some will be a little more personal (wellness, skin care, even travel).

All of it will tie back to one goal:
