Chuck Underwood's Father’s Day tradition is watching the US Open.

In the past, his wife would leave him alone Sunday afternoon and evening, as she had no interest in watching men hit a ball with a stick over and over. Thanks to Netflix, this year is different.

Chuck and his wife stumbled on to the show “Full Swing,” a behind-the-scenes look at the PGA tour. They loved the personal stories, and now when a golf tournament is on, she watches with him since she has a new-found connection to the golfers (well done Netflix and PGA).

One of their favorite episodes was not about a golfer, but his caddie. Ted Scott is the caddie for golfer Scottie Scheffler, the world’s #1 golfer. Scheffler credited much of his success to convincing Scott to be his caddie. Scott’s experience and guidance help Scheffler stay level-headed during the ups-and-downs of each round, which is critical to winning golf tournaments. Together, they are on a historic run of success.

As Chuck watches golfers fall apart on the last holes of this extremely difficult tournament, he realizes that Metro’s job is to be that caddie who helps clients be successful.

Metro has to use its experience and guidance to keep clients level-headed to make sure their important projects are successful.
