This Spring, moss+ross supported our Transforming Teams cohort in understanding the current landscape of NC-based philanthropy, building comprehensive fundraising plans, and serving as the Presenting Sponsor for their 2026 cohort graduation. 👏

We are so grateful for their incredible investment in each participating nonprofit, and it was a delight having Goodmon Fellows Kim Glenn and Lizzy Mottern back in the room!

We were very grateful to have our friends at Armstrong McGuire & Associates sponsor the 2026 Regional Cohort Graduation last week!

Nevin Daryani, Senior Director of Operations at Armstrong McGuire, is a 2023 graduate of the Regional Program. He shared his experience as a Fellow and a community leader while opening up the Graduation Ceremony - encouraging us to prioritize rest & understand when a reaction is truly warranted (and when it’s not).

Leadership Triangle is able to continue our mission because of the partners who support our work, and we’re so grateful to the whole team at Armstrong McGuire for our enduring collaboration!

Our first Civic Voices workshop has wrapped! These are the leaders who will carry their communities’ voices into the halls of the NC General Assembly. We are proud to have helped equip them for that work, alongside our partners at the NC Institute of Public Leadership (IOPL) (Brad Young).

Over the course of this workshop, participants explored how the NC Legislature works, what nonprofits can (and can’t) do when it comes to advocacy and lobbying, and how to have the courageous conversations that move policy forward.

To our speakers - David Heinen, Karen Mcleod, Nick Wood, Alicia Davis, Meisha Evans, Sarah Patterson Sonnenberg, Sherry Melton, Rep Mike Schietzelt, and Rep Sarah Crawford - you all poured an incredible amount of experience, wisdom and insight into our group, and we are so grateful for your engagement and leadership!

Special thank you to Fidelity Investments (Leslie Lillard Walden, Jade (Manley) Smith) and The Jimmy Carroll Foundation (Jennifer Hamilton, Rachael Klayman) for your sponsorship and partnership!
