Here, he found a place where he could feel supported, build confidence, and develop real-life skills. Through StepUp, James didn’t just learn practical tools—he gained access to mentorship, encouragement, and experiences that are helping him build a strong foundation for his future.

James recently graduated from high school and is looking forward to pursuing a degree in finance, a direction sparked by his exposure to financial professionals through StepUp.
