Since today is all about celebrating your special someone and I’ve seen everyone posting this questionnaire on their social media- I thought it would be fun to share ours so you can get to know us better!

Here’s our story:

How’d you guys meet?
We met at church through my best friend who happens to be Ian’s cousin 😊

How long have you been together?
A little over a decade! Though we have been married for 6 years.

Married?
Yes

Age difference?
Ian’s 2 years older!

Who was interested first?
Katie - though Ian wasn’t far behind!

Who is taller?
Definitely Ian!

Who said I love you first?
We honestly can’t remember- though we do love each other so it doesn’t matter 🤗

Most impatient?
Definitely IAN 😅

Most sensitive?
Katie

Loudest?
Katie again 😅

Most stubborn?
Katie

Falls asleep first?
Typically Katie whose snoring drives Ian crazy.

Cooks better:
Katie, but don’t be fooled- Ian is an AMAZING cook!

Better morning person:
Neither of us. Mornings are a struggle. We had to buy an alarm clock called the “sonic bomb” so we could wake up and get to work on time 🙃

Better driver:
Depends on how you define “good” driving. We both think we’re the better driver.

Most competitive:
Katie for sure.

Where do you eat out most as a couple?
Hmmmm probably Chick Fil A and Korean

Who is more social?
Ian

Who is the neat freak?
Katie

Who initiated your first kiss?
It was a joint effort 😉

How long did it take to get serious?
A couple of years. Ian was in college when we started dating and I was only 18. We were lucky to find each other so young so we took our time and waited 4 years to get married!

Who picks where you go to dinner?
lol! Usually Ian. The thing that irritates Ian the most is when it’s my turn to pick. I have a hard time with decisions!

Who is the first one to admit when they’re wrong?
Ian for sure.

Who wears the pants in the relationship?
We make decisions together!

Who has more tattoos?
Neither of us has any 🤷‍♀️

Who sings better?
We both have fairly decent voices though Ian has better control.

Hogs the remote?
When we watch shows together we decide on something we both will like. Ian likes documentaries and I like comedy. We usually land on something historical or rewatch The Office.

Spends the most?
Katie!

Did you go to the same school?
No we’re from different towns and went to separate colleges as well!

Where is the furthest you two have traveled?
We’ve been on mission trips to Salvador, Brazil together 3 times!

Who drives when you are going somewhere?
We alternate- we both love driving so we share the job.
