In 2019 - I was miserable. I almost took my own life.
In 2020 - I hit a low and decided to get help - and ended up with more help than anticipated. It led me to getting sober.
In 2021 I pursued sobriety like my life depended on it. I lost a lot externally - but gained more internally than I’ve ever had.
In 2022…I’m taking that journey and I’m giving it to others - spreading hope that you can always start over. It’s no longer just a pursuit - it’s a commitment.
I’m committing to moving despite fear, chasing my passions relentlessly, helping others in the process. Show others what happens when you commit to transforming from the inside - not just out.
It’s a never ending journey - but it also means the reward it brings never ends either…you just have to KEEP. MOVING. FORWARD.
Don’t just have resolutions this year - make COMMITMENTS. Conquer those demons you so desperately have tried to avoid and hide from and watch the beauty that comes once the you make it through the darkness.

One life. One war. One decision.
We are here for such a limited time. In the grand scheme of things, it’s only a blip. Knowing that - we have to work hard to not let factors outside of our control take away from our life anymore than time already will. We have to go to battle with those things that haunt us within our minds in order to truly embrace the present and the future. It isn’t easy - but it’s worth it.
