My kids go to preschool with Connie and Austin’s kids. A few years ago when I told Connie I was a realtor, she mentioned how much she loved this one specific North Raleigh neighborhood and how it was a dream of hers to live there. Fast forward a few years and one Friday I saw this home go on the market in that specific neighborhood 🏡.

At preschool pickup later that day I asked her if she had seen it. I showed her the picture and I’m pretty sure her heart stopped 🤣. She said this was her favorite house in the neighborhood!
