There’s no right or wrong, just what works best for your setup and your time. I think the negatives to not pre-pricing your cards can easily be mitigated by things like having an outgoing and inviting personality, creating conversation and actively anticipating/looking up pricing of Pokémon cards as guests are looking at them!
