Sous Chef position with a strong culinary background.

Looking for a taste-driven creative mind and capable individual to join our team in Raleigh NC.

We are a craft driven and authentic group of kitchens. This particular candidate would need to be able to work alongside the Executive Chef to help manage 3 concepts in 1 building, as well as overseeing the catering arm of our company.

This position would require you to work with other management and ownership to develop and implement new menus. You would also work on improving current restaurant menus, catering menus, prep manuals, recipe books, schedules, and all kitchen systems.

You need to be able to help recruit, hire, and train “on-trend”, skilled kitchen staff. We are looking for someone that is familiar with small to medium corporate structure, but that also has experience in Chef-driven, culinary-forward, and craft driven food/beverage establishments.

Bonuses will be based on profitability to include inventory cost control, labor cost control, and revenue growth.

Restock items as needed throughout the shift

We are a successful and growing restaurant and bar group in the heart of the thriving, competitive, and explosive downtown Raleigh market. We are currently looking for a General Manager who is passionate about great food, beverage, and guest experience. Familiarity with Music management and/or night-life operations is very desirable as well. We brew beer, make amazing food, develop awesome cocktail programs, and throw dynamite parties. A passion for quality in these areas is a must.

We are looking for a candidate who works well with ownership and other managers (events/catering, marketing, brewer and chef included) to grow revenue and perfect the concepts. Also, this candidate must possess a background and understanding for revenue growth, day-to-day operations, employee recruiting, employee training, front and back of the house operations and all aspects of running a successful operation.
