Tonight's dinner: on a health journey of WFPB meals. Here I have stringsbeans w onion, Japanese sweet potato and kamut. No oil No sugar and Lil salt still evolving on all this. I'm a work in progress and your taste buds will change also your diabetes, high blood pressure and many other elements will too! If you're sick try it if your not prevent it!
