As the parents of young children, we (and our name) are inspired by one of their favorite stories - The Little Engine That Could. At its core it is about strength, determination, perspective and optimism. All of which are important in creating a successful business, and equally important in creating an inclusive community that helps everyone get to the top. We deeply believe that a strong and prosperous community comes from letting anyone with the "I think I can" attitude have the chance to climb their path.
