Rocket Start

January was busy—in the best way—for Rocket Start. 🚀

Apologies for the delay, but it was one of those months where the work spoke louder than the posts.

We kicked things off in Wisconsin, starting with a successful implementation at Advanced Concrete Inc., helping motivate and incentivize their growing workforce with Rocket Start. Special thanks to Jacob Jankowski, Joshua Jankowski, Jennifer Harrington at the rest of the team for getting our app launched in the best way possible!

From there, we drove to the Appleton area and spent time with the incredible team at Carew Concrete & Supply Co., Inc., mapping out a roadmap for driver success with plans to implement this spring. It's always energizing to work with leaders who are thinking proactively about their people.

We wrapped up the trip with one of our long-time partners, MCC, Inc., where we discussed adding new Rocket Start badges for 2026. Even better—after reviewing the data, we were thrilled to see turnover reduced to under 20%. That’s real progress driven by engagement and recognition!
