TAT Days 2-6: Despite crossing multiple state lines (VA, TN, NC and GA) the terrain all looks very similar because I essentially rode the Appalachian mountain range from VA headed SW. It's gorgeous and very familiar. The last picture is me standing on Pigeon Mtn in GA in full rain gear.

A year ago today I embarked on a solo journey on the TransAmerica Trail. I didn't post about it at the time, but on the anniversary of my trip I can't help but reflect. Over the next few days I'll share some of the highlights from the trip.These first few are of day 1 from the OBX, NC to the mountains of VA.

Finished the install of DDCs and .us .70kg/mm fork springs. HUGE difference in performance...finally feels like a proper dual sport. New IRC TR8 rubber feels great as well
