TRACER likes to see local problems handled by properly trained and equipped local agencies. However, when the situation may exceed local capabilities in manpower or equipment, don't hesitate to call. If you are notified of a situation where you may need our help, don't hesitate to put us on stand-by. Call with as much information as you have and update as soon as possible. It is much easier to respond from stand-by than from sudden notice.
