Established 2014 by Keith Buisse. Keith is a man who had a snowmobile accident is 2008 which left him paralyzed and in a wheelchair. Hence the name “Wheels” Small Engine Repair. Through the grace of God the Father he has overcome the diversity and limitations of a paralyzed man and has adopted a desire to continue to press on.
