a good player, who can point and demonstrate. I feel a good instructor needs to be able to provide their students with a solid basis of music terminology, theory and technique. I am a former certified elementary and middle-school teacher with years of classroom teaching experience with younger students. I was awarded the Wisconsin Area Music Industry (WAMI) for Stage Entertainer of the Year. Beyond string music I also have a musical background that includes singing, flute, trumpet and piano. I teach out of my condo home/studio. I would prefer students be at least five years old and I have several adult students as well.
