Here we are on one of our biggest projects yet. We noticed that above the new kitchen there was no insulation or ventilation so we wil be adding a vaulted area in this area. As you can see the there is a lot of k**b and tub but that wi get completely abandoned and new wires ran to bring the home to code. I’m sure you noticed the new insulation as well we are insulating the walls with r-19 and building the kitchen exterior wall out another 3&1/2”. The rest of the exterior walls will be built out to 6” depth for the r-19 insulation. We then will be installing beams new rafters for the cathedral look in the kitchen then new walls in the kitchen with plenty of blocking to ensure straight and secure walls for the amazing cabinets and backsplash the be installed. If you can dream it we can definitely make it happen the more complicated the better!

Here we are on one of our major projects! Demo for new kitchen has begun island had to be built right away to show the size of it in the space! Next step will be the temp walls headers and some light framing them on to our rough in for electrical and plumbing. The whole house will need a re wire due to previous contractor spliced into old k**b and tub which is against all codes so we will be removing all and all new electrical along with new plumbing and hvac ducts! Once completed this will be a brand new home from the 1920s which we think is crazy but also love it!
