Embarking on 3 years as a small business is a milestone to celebrate. Join us this summer as we launch a weekly 1-hour drop-in to our mental health and wellness center. This weeks drop-in: Wednesday, June 19th 1-2pm.

🚩 I was creating the same goals I made almost 10 years ago.

An evaluation is easy to strategize.
Yet extremely difficult to commit.

My word for the year. with ALIGNMENT.

➡️Time to zero in & become CLEAR on:
➡️ What and Who ✅
➡️ What and Who 🚫
➡️ Don't focus solely on how I FEEL
➡️ Logic & Facts combined with God
Then commit, pursue & manifest in 2024

I've been creating vision boards with strategy for over 20 plus years. I don't advocate for my clients or patients to do anything more than what I do in my own personal life.

It's going to take intention this year. ✨
