𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦, 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗, 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗞𝗦
We’ve officially kicked off construction on a 106,000 SF cold storage facility for Derstine's Inc. / EZ3PL in Sellersville, PA! The site is cleared, earthwork is progressing rapidly, and the jobsite trailer has arrived.
🪨 𝗥𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗯𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮!
Purpose-built from the ground up for cold storage, this facility will be optimized for EZ3PL’s operations from day one. Huge thanks to our customer, Zach Derstine, and everyone involved in bringing this project to life.

Things are looking good at our Weigels Inc. project:
Steel is erected, insulated metal panels up, pouring slabs, rocking roof installation, underground plumbing underway and overhead electrical incoming- lighting, cable tray, distribution panels and transformers, oh my!

Take a look at the progress happening at our Weigel's project site in Tennessee! This will be Weigel's Stores first food commissary in Loudon, TN and their largest manufacturing facility to date. We are excited to be a part of this partnership and look forward to a successful completion.
