✏️Another school year has come and gone!
We had one of the most fun school years yet here at In Stitches, and I think more zippers were sewn this year than ever before!

Every year seems to have a few “trending” projects, and this was definitely the Year of the Bag! 👜
✨ Around 30 duffle bags
✨ Countless cosmetic bags
✨ Mini backpacks
✨ Full-size backpacks
✨ Wallets of all shapes and sizes

We went through hundreds of zippers!

Coming in as our runner-up for most popular project was the Scrap Bin Quilt! These quilts were colorful, creative, and a fantastic way to turn fabric scraps into something beautiful.

The seniors got to walk the halls of their elementary school today and Amelija bumped into my Desmond who’s in kindergarten! How sweet is this! He was very excited to see his favorite sewing teacher! (sorry girls! 😆)
