Today, the agency has 20 employees with a management team consisting of the three principals of the agency, Jeff Tweedell, Trent Lepper, and Brian Dreier. As an Independent Agency, Winters represents various major insurance companies offering families and businesses the most competitive and comprehensive products available in the marketplace.
