A little behind-the-scenes of my passion fruit mousse cups! These passion fruits were hand-picked by me in Florida (my second home 🌴), then brought back to New York so I could turn them into something sweet for my customers.

I spent hours picking, cutting, scooping, and straining all that fresh passion fruit goodness to get every last drop of juice. It’s a lot of work, but that’s what happens when you make things from scratch with love. 💛

And before anyone says anything 😂 yes, I’m not wearing gloves in this clip. I wash my hands constantly, sanitize my workspace multiple times throughout the process, and take cleanliness very seriously.

Also, don’t mind me looking like a hot mess 😂. Small business life isn’t always glamorous, but every mousse cup is made with care, hard work, and a whole lot of love. 💛
