Simply because I haven’t done a in a hot minute. I wanted steak tacos originally but I didn’t have any tortillas on hand and I didn’t feel like making them.
So I went with making sopes instead.
(Yes, I made the sopes by hand. No, it’s not the same as making a tortilla. Stay focused here.)
Anyway. I stopped just short of making refried beans for them because I was hungry af. I did, however, make a dope ass elote salad type situation that I’m kinda mad I didn’t make more of.
because I HAD to chime in right quick to this chef and home cook shenanigans.
summa y’all are out here being weird on BOTH sides.

everyone get money. everyone make good food. everyone charge a fair price based on their skills.
