Squirrel Patrol would like to inform you that hazelnut harvest is in full swing here at Filbert Acres. Woohoo! We'll have nuts for sale soon at the farm and Proctor Farmers Market!

This weekend we will be potting up tomato plants! We like to put a big wallop of Cedar Grove's booster blend compost in each pot along with the potting soil--it keeps them growing strong until they make it to your garden, and you get to import some healthy soil microbial life with your tomato plant. 🙂 Thanks to Henry for unloading this year's booster blend awesomeness-- we're set to go!
