A lot of sellers ask me if it’s really necessary. My answer? Absolutely. When you get a home inspection before listing, you change the entire dynamic of the sale. Here is why I always recommend it to my sellers:
1️⃣ No Last Minute Surprises: Finding out about a roof leak or faulty wiring during the buyer's inspection can derail a deal fast. Finding out before, means you’re in control.
