This client had a vision that took a decade to put together. We added a 2nd story to this home in 2016. Ten years later, we added 650 more square feet to complete the dream!
Not only did the client get an updated modern and elegant final product, he also got a substantial return on investment! ~$400/sqft building cost.... Nearly $800/sqft current sale price.
Many cabinet accessory options available these days. This one is an instant favorite!
This project started just before Christmas. It took us 10 days to dry it in. Waiting on siding material for the front elevation, but we are dry. I'll update this post once we install the vertical clear cedar on the front.

New lighted and heated mirrors, vanity lighting and shelving. New shower with floor to ceiling tile and glass doors!
