Jenny believes strongly in empowering people, especially women, to be strong, confident and responsible for their own personal health and safety. Worried about coordination issues or injuries? Put those worries to rest. Egos get left at the door when you enter into our positive and supportive learning environment. You will receive instruction on correct technique for all exercises and we workout on heavy bags and pads, so no direct person to person sparring. This all helps minimize those concerns.
