❄️ Snow Day – LFC Kids ❄️

Even though we couldn’t gather in person today, we still want to share what our kids would have learned in LFC Kids this Sunday.

This week’s Bible story comes from Numbers 13–14, where God’s people were right on the edge of the Promised Land. God sent spies to explore the land, and they came back with proof that it was good—huge grapes and fertile ground! But most of the people focused on their fear instead of God’s promises. They doubted God and chose not to trust Him. Because of that, they were not able to enter the land God had prepared for them.

Two leaders, Joshua and Caleb, stood out. They believed God’s Word and trusted that He would keep His promise—even when things felt scary. They encouraged the people to have courage and faith in God.

👉 Big Picture Truth:
We should obey God because He made us, He loves us, and His plans are good.

✝️ Christ Connection:
Joshua and Caleb believed what God said, and one day they were allowed to enter the Promised Land. Those who did not believe died in the wilderness. In the same way, when we believe what God has said about Jesus and place our faith in Him, we are saved from sin and promised a forever home with God in the new heaven and new earth.

Ask your kids: What is something that feels scary right now? How can we choose to trust God instead of letting fear win?
