One of our coaches at RxFIT, Matt Welch, decided that he wanted to be a firefighter back in 2017. In order to set himself apart from other applicants, he started to take his training seriously.
But he thought that being super fit wasn't going to be enough. So he decided to create a YouTube series of his training leading up to the fire academy and use it as his resume. Four years later, he has graduated from the academy and now firefights in Sandy city. He continues to coach at RxFIT on his days off at the RxFIT-Draper location.
We have plenty of military and service members at RxFIT--Army, Marines, Police, Firefighters, etc. If you need to get in better shape for your job, follow Matt's example. Check out his first video of what training at RxFIT looks like here:
