We had a great workout this morning! Just a light 5k trail ruck and to top it off, we figured it’d be fun to push a car up a giant hill 💪🇺🇸

Put in some good work this morning. Of course we added a little weight to it as well! Great workout 💪

The ranger challenge team did a 4.6 mile ruck this morning to commemorate the 75th anniversary of D-Day, with 1 pace for every fallen soldier and a 65 pound pack which was the typical combat load during that time.
